October, mostly
We’re all back to as normal as it gets. Edward spent some time being sick, but he’s doing well now, standing up and walking while holding things, more and more adventurous all the time. Daniel and Sebastian love puppet shows and all forms of making believe. Mark had a week’s holiday in October, which included a trip to the zoo. We just celebrated Mark’s birthday a few days early.

August and September
School started again, and so we’ve all been busy adjusting to the end of the holidays. Heini needed to have surgery a week ago, but she is recovering well. The boys went to see mummi and ukki for a week and Mark stayed home to help with Edward. Autumn approaches, so we’re back in warm clothes.

Looking back at the summer
The summer was so exciting, so action-packed, we just didn’t have time to post any pictures. But we took some!
In May we started getting out and enjoying the warmer weather. Then, in June, we started the summer holiday with a quick trip to London with Edward while Daniel and Sebastian stayed with Heini’s parents. Later in June, Mark’s parents arrived for a three week stay, during which we all went up north for Midsummer and hung around the Helsinki area. Then for the last two weeks of July we were back up north, enjoying some warm weather and the beauty of nature.

Here are some shots of us hanging out on the balcony and three of us going to Fiskars. Then on Sunday we celebrated Mothers Day and Heini’s birthday.

Switched to WordPress
Blogger wasn’t working very well any more, so I’ve switched to wordPress. It’s ugly right now, but I’ll work on it a bit to make it look better and make it more functional.
